History:

Handball was first played in Scandinavia and Germany at the end of the 19th century. Handball made it’s Olympic debut at the game of XL Olympic Berlin 1936.  

 

 

How do you play?

               To play the game handball you pass and catch a ball to other people and try to throw it into the opponent’s goal. If you are on defense on the other hand, you try to block and intercept the ball. There are 7 players on the court for each team. The way to score a point in the game is to throw the ball into the opponent’s goal.

 

 

EQUIPMENT

 

When you play Handball you need a ball and a court.The court needs to be 40 meters long and 20 meters wide.The men's ball has to have circumference of 58 to 60 centimeter's.The women's ball need's to have a circumference 54 to 56 centimeter's.

History:

Table tennis got invented by upper-class Victorians in England in the 1800s. Some people didn’t have the equipment to play table tennis. They used their dining tables as miniature ping pong tables.Use cigar lids as paddles.  They used line of books as nets.Had wold championship in 1926, but it wasn't in the Olympics until 1998. About 40,000,000 competitive table tennis.  that had he most participants in the world. 

 

Equipment:

 

The equipment that is needed to play table tennis: anti-spin racket, ball made of plastic material, court, net, pimpled rubber, pips in, pips out, racket, sandwich rubber, and a sponge.

 

 

How to Play?

The way to score is to use racket & your tries to hit the ball, but miss. To win you ether use time to win or beat your opponent 11 to 9 or bellow because you have to be beating them 2 or more. A match is 7 rounds for men & women. A team match is 5 rounds. In a team match you can have up to 3 players.
